Cancellation Policy

At Bristol Primary Care LLC, we recognize that unexpected events can occur in life. We strive to accommodate our patients during situations that prevent them from visiting our clinic. As the popularity of our clinic continues to grow, and in order to ensure that we can accommodate same-day appointments, we have recently made some adjustments to our cancellation policy.


For New Patients

We do not charge a fee for appointment cancellations made within 24 hours or if a new patient requests to reschedule. However, if a patient schedules a visit as a new patient but fails to respond to our attempts to communicate regarding the missed appointment, we reserve the right to impose a $35 no-show fee.

Additionally, if a new patient misses the first two scheduled appointments without any communication, a third appointment request for a new patient encounter will only be made with approval from a manager. For any new patient who books an appointment online but does not attend the visit, they will not be able to make future online bookings for new appointments until they call our office to confirm the appointment.


For Established Patients

No fee is charged for rescheduling an appointment with a 24-hour notice. For patients who do not call or show up for their appointments, we reserve the right to bill $35. If you believe that you had a circumstance that prevented you from attending your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, please request to speak with the front office to discuss your specific situation. We understand that life happens, and we are willing to work with you to avoid the no-show fee.

For patients who fail to call and cancel their appointment more than twice within a 12-month period without providing sufficient notice, we reserve the right to decline booking a follow-up appointment for non-urgent matters without manager approval.

These patients will also be subject to dismissal from the medical practice if they violate our no-show policy. As a company run and owned by physicians, we empathize with individual circumstances.
